•Chad has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He made sure that I understood the process of buying a home and always kept me well informed. Since it was my first time buying a home he made sure to answer every question or concern I had quickly, and he also worked around my busy work schedule to get me into showings either same day or the very next. He is very knowledgeable about the market and has great recommendations for lenders/inspectors, etc. Overall I'am so happy with me new home and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Chad! I will be name dropping him for anyone who is looking to buy a new property for sure.
