We came across Brian's profile on Zillow during our search for homes this past summer. Ours was a case of moving inter-state, but with very limited time on hand to search for a home and to close on one. We explained our situation to Brian over the phone, who promptly set up a very organized tour of existing listings in the city of our choice. During our home searching visit, he made himself completely available and was with us at all times in all of shortlisted homes, going over every minute detail with great care. Once our decision was made, he walked us through the process of placing an offer, the subsequent negotiation and helped us see our offer through. His availability did not simply end after we moved into our new home, but he has also been very responsive and graciously helpful in ensuring that we settle well into our home! We can truly never thank him enough for making this home buying experience a wonderful one for us against all odds.
