Debra was fun and easy going to work with. She guided me through the process with a careful hand, was great at following up emails or texts with a personal phone call to make sure I signed everything and kept the schedule on track. She also looked out for my best interests and fought hard through a tricky and unconventional negotiation process to get me the house of my dreams. Debra made sure I was comfortable with everything we agreed on, and sought my input at every step - she kept me involved but also took the hard part of the job on with tact and professionalism. Also she does everything with a lot of warmth - I felt as though I was working with a family member!
