Above and Beyond

My parents had moved into a continuing care community and it was time to sell my parent's house. Ron gave us great advice on what to do to fix up the house and suggested a listing price based on his analysis. Ron scheduled an open house the first week the house was on the market but before the open house we had a full price offer. I live three hours away so Ron handled all the details and last minute tasks including lining up a plumber, landscapers, and handling removal of a handful things we had left in the house. Through it all Ron stayed in touch and provided his valuable advice.
