She was a huge help when we needed information or were in a bad situation.
Lakisha was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. She was very understanding of the situation and gave us a lot of information on the situation. There were a few times when we needed help understanding something and she was too busy to help but aside from that she came through when it really counted.
LaKisha’s professionalism is on point. Communication is good, but she requires a bit more emphasis.
So, Lakisha is great! Showed me around and really treated my family and I with respect. She went above and beyond to help my brother and I out. However, when we were attempting to get the loan and such, it became a bit challenging. I know we were suppose to only speak to the loaner and ask her questions about the process, but never meeting the loaner made it a bit anxious driven. In a few areas, we were confused and we’d reach to LaKisha, but unfortunately she wasn’t responding. I understand people have a personal life, but a simple I’ll reach out and see what can be done, I’m occupied, or I’m not really sure, would be understandable. Being first time home buyer makes the process scary. My brother and I are young, so we were hoping, even if it wasn’t on her to provide us information, I would hope for a small acknowledgment in those tough areas. Nonetheless, when I wasn’t comfortable working with a certain loaner, she stepped in and provided other resources. She never stopped attempting to help and that I appreciate to the fullest. Thank you, LaKisha. It was a pleasure working with you.
