•We chose Nancy Anzalone when selling our home because of her years of living and working in Dania Beach, and couldn't have been happier with the choice. Nancy and her daughter/assistant, Laura Lombardo, paid attention to every detail and were a pleasure to work with. She picked up every phone call, and never acted too busy to answer another question. The phrase "going the extra mile" was never more true. Nancy worked with us in coordinating our purchase in another state, and we were amazingly able to close on our sale and purchase one day apart. She knew someone to help us with a repair and someone else to help load our truck. On the day we left Nancy and her husband were there helping us clear out a few remaining items. We'll always remember Nancy and be grateful for all her great service.
