Jeffrey was an absolute professional to work with. If you are looking to sell a home on the Cape from outside of the State, or even an hour away like me, he and his team will make your experience feel seamless from start to final closing. His kindness and empathy which was my first impression when I met and it's very real and never wavered from there. We moved my 93 yr old elder aunt from a life long home to assisted living out of state and this was no easy task. It had to all happen very quickly and Jeffrey was on it every step of the way from offering advice on local services to jumping in where needed when we were too far away to get there quickly. He was there for us to make sure snow was cleared, lights and heat were on, garbage was picked up and most importantly that we felt supported if we needed anything. Did I mention we did this right around the blizzard on the Cape that dumped a ton of snow right before movers came? Not easy. Honestly I can't imagine how we would have gotten it all done without his support locally in town. It takes a lot of family cooperation and lots of traveling and packing to sell a life long home for someone. If this is something that you see in your future, start the process now with Jeffrey and you'll be happy you did. He's really and truly the best and you won't regret it.
