•The initial presentation provided great comps which made it easier for us to feel comfortable with the home listing price. We were very pleased with the sale price and the open houses that led to the ultimate sale. The only thing we would have changed is not using the buyer's attorney for the closing as this attorney represented the buyer, not us. Not necessarily an issue with your firm, but the one aspect of the process we came away with not pleased.
Patty provided a tailored selling experience, starting with specific helpful comps and using open houses (it didn't take many:) to sell our home. She artfully showcased our home and community to prospective buyers, resulting in a quick sale which made the buyers and us very happy. A win-win for all involved!
