•My recent purchase of Lake Anna property Dare quickly understood what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted. Dare knows the neighborhoods and undeveloped regions of the area thoroughly, and can discuss all considerations, pro and con. For example, the minimum shoreline required for a boathouse, how Dominion's ownership impacts property, and the difference between the public and private side of the lake. In the process of negotiating and purchase Dare was helpful, responsive, and informative; she demonstrated the ideals of her profession well and I felt comfortable knowing she was looking out for my best interests. She explained the different purposes of various inspections and responsibilities of seller and buyer. I highly recommend this professional, knowledgeable, and personable agent.
