Phil did a great job assisting us with our purchase at Purgatory. He gave great advice on our offers and strategy. He made sure I had a good review of the options and the facilities available. I was at Purgatory for 1 1/2 days and we were able to get everything done. I went home with an accepted contract at a great price! I highly recommend him!

Phil was very good to work with. I had made contact with Phil a good year before going out to the Durango area to look for a home. Phil kept in contact and was very good about answering my inquiry questions about the area. Once we decided to go out to look and potentially buy a home, Phil did a great job inquiring about what we are looking for and key elements of what we planned to be doing in Durango. Once we arrived Phil had a variety of homes in the area giving us different perspectives. What we learned very quickly is Phil is extremely knowledgeable with the surrounding area. He provided great insight to the pro's and con's of various aspects of certain locations. Once we made the offer Phil was very engaged with assisting in the closing process and provide local expertise and connections for us to use to help in the closing. Overall Phil was great to work with and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to move to the Durango area.

We originally listed this property in a very down market and Phil stuck with us for over 2 years until we were finally able to secure a buyer. We discussed several options to upgrade the property and decided on remodeling the kitchen which we believe really helped make the sale.
