•Delphine did a fantastic job helping us find a home in Montrose. She listened to our list of what we wanted in a home. She showed us homes that checked our boxes and provided lots of extra information about the neighborhoods. Things like set backs, HOAs, walking paths, planned improvements. Lots of things you need to know but easily forget to ask. She is very positive and supportive. We originally wanted an established home and she diligently showed us homes that met our requirements. It is winter and we got a bit discouraged not finding our forever home quickly. She kept us positive over the weeks and reassured us we would find the right home. We surprised Delphine and decided to consider new builds in our search. She shifted gears and got us several appointments to view new homes. We found our forever home in about 3 days. Delphine is detailed oriented and very cognizant of dead lines. She made our home buying experience very positive and walked us through every stage. Thank you Delphine
