•Cheri facilitated the sale of my deceased brother's property in an extremely professional, efficient and expedient manner. Not only was she working with me and my older brother as co-representatives of the estate, she also was dealing with our 22 year old nephew who had originally hoped to keep the house and live in it with his young family. Throughout the process of preparing the house for sale, Cheri was patient and compassionate dealing with all of us, but especially with our nephew in what was a very difficult time for him. She kept us fully informed throughout the process and was sincere and honest about the realities of the market and what to expect. We received many legitimate offers to choose from due to her expertise and guidance. The house sold in less than a week for much more than we originally expected. As a result, we were able to pass on a significant sum to our nephew as his inheritance. I highly recommend Cheri to anyone and will definitely refer her again and again!
