It is with a high level of honor to write this review for David Block. Initially, we decided to list the property for sale by owner. Upon placing the property on various websites, we were overwhelmed with the number of phone calls from realtors offering to list the property on our behalf. Although the property was considered prime due to its features and location, we realized that it was not properly advertised and a realtor would be a wise decision. Amongst the many phone calls from realtors, David stood out from the pack due to his professionalism and he was the only realtor we saved to our contacts. Once we decided to utilize a realtor, we contacted David and our initial conversation was beneficial and educational. Immediately, David took the lead to assure a prompt and successful sale. The next day we met with David at the property and during our initial conversation, we felt an immediate bond and connection with David. He clearly described the listing process and assured us that he would guide us through the process. One particular detail about David is his communication ability and the fact that each time we called David he would immediately answer and address our questions or concerns. David never seemed far away. Once an offer was presented, David shifted into overdrive and followed all protocols to assure a positive outcome. David constantly kept us informed of each step and always looked out for our best interest. David successfully sold our property for an amount that was very satisfactory to our family. In summary, David is a top notch professional realtor and we would recommend his services without hesitation. We highly recommend David for all your real estate needs. Lastly, besides his professionalism, he has an amazing and motivational attitude that radiates trust, sincerity, honesty and he is simply a good, warm hearted and caring person.
