•I tend to not leave many reviews, but I have to shout out Chris Crumpler and his wife Jenn Crumpler. They were an unbelievable aide in our entire house buying journey. From the first contact Chris seemed to be different in a good way and just focused on helping us make the best decision possible. The first realtor in our process (with a different reality group) I called began by listing his stats and I felt was being sold to. The second call was Chris and all he did was state his values, his approach, and that there was no pressure or timeline, that he was just there to help when our house search process picked up. That initial impression stayed its course as we felt we got direct, honest, and client focused direction from Chris at all times. He clearly is a pro as his experience showed in all the small tips and tricks we did not know. We knew our basics, did a lot of research, talked to a lot of people, but Chris's guidance was a step further always and invaluable. We also had some unfortunate complications on our end that Chris took with amazing patience. He helped us navigate a chaotic time to find a home that was truly perfect for us and beyond what we thought we would be able to find. Jenn helped us specifically around our walk throughs and inspection and did an amazing job of catching small details and making sure we got what we should in all aspects of a ready to move-in house. Chris was also a great negotiator, having great tact in the way he went about it and fighting hard for us. He did more for us than I imagine most realtors do, was always on call, and ended up giving us a much smoother process than anticipated when it comes to buying a home. Chris and Jenn showed genuine care, personability, and expertise all perfectly balanced together. I could not recommend a better realtor for small and big under takings alike.
