•We met with Sandy in December 2015, knowing we wanted to move from Iowa to an area in Lake County, FL. Sandy showed us several areas and homes in the region and after we went back to Iowa kept in contact until we were ready to make the move in late August, 2016. We arrived in Eustis on August, 28th, staying at a friend's winter home and with Sandy's knowledge, and expertise, we found our new home within two weeks, closing on September 23rd. Sandy has the ability to get to know people and discover what their needs and desires are and truly made our buying experience painless, guiding us through all the decision making processes with kindness, humor, and professionalism. Thank you Sandy, so much. We love our home.
