•We live out of state, and I have to say this was the best experience ever working with our agent Kate Sears. She went above and beyond making sure every question was answered, every appointment was met and worked through video with me as well as in person with my dad who lives in the state. Kate was available anytime I needed her and made our experience from start to finish very comfortable. She is very personable, professional and down to earth. I felt like I was working with a close friend. We would recommend this company and especially Kate Sears to any and everyone we know and meet in the future looking for a home. We would definitely work with Kate again if we ever decide to purchase another home.
