•Patrick Gillespie helped up to buy a house during the very stressful real estate market caused by the pandemic. We had sold our existing house (with his help) and faced a tight deadline to purchase a new house in the area. He was very dedicated and professional throughout the purchase process, demonstrating a good knowledge of the market and helping us through numerous home visits (and several unsuccessful offers). Finally, he recommended a house that we had not previously considered because we thought it lacked a basic requirement for our purchase: a walkup basement. He visited the house and saw that it had an existing escape window in the basement that could be modified into a walkup. We bought the house for a reasonable price (considering the market), and it as been perfect for us. I'm convinced that many realtors would not have put forth the extra effort it took to get us our house.
