•Over the past two years, I have worked with Rick on 3 (three) home purchases in the Princeton, New Jersey area and can recommend his services without reservation. My situation, being an American posted internationally for work, is somewhat unique. This entailed more detailed communication and flawless execution of the tasks required for a purchase. Rick excelled at both of these. Further, it required my trust in Rick's ability to judge what would be an appropriate property to fit my needs. On this he delivered. All three properties were purchased without my visiting prior to closing, but after my first in-person visit to the property, I gained complete trust in Rick's judgement and understanding of my needs. This convinced me to work with him on the next two purchases. Beyond the property selection and negotiation of terms, Rick provided invaluable help in securing vendors to provide quotes and complete work deemed necessary. He was also invaluable in helping me deal remotely with inspectors from the city as well as those hired by us prior to purchase. Going forward, I would not hesitate to use Rick again and believe his service is second to none. On a related note, Rick was also able to find excellent tenants for all three properties, negotiating terms and contracts with which I am quite pleased.
