•Cecilia made herself available during every piece of my home-buying experience. She was always available and would respond quickly if she was busy. Her network was great and all parts of the closing process and inspection went smoothly. We had an issue with the sewers, but she quickly had someone in her network come out, fix it, and I never saw the bull for it. Documents were easy to understand and efficient, and she was prompt to remind me when to submit them based on my timeline. This was very helpful because I am LAZY. All around great experience, I learned a lot and I am glad Cecilia was on my side.
