It has been a great experience working with Adam Barks to buy our new home on Johns Island. We started working with Adam remotely from California. Adam was thorough in getting to know us and what we were looking for in a home. He was also accurate in finding us candidate homes that met our criteria. I flew out to Charleston to meet with Adam. We toured the area and visited prospective homes. Adam was diligent in getting answers to our questions about the area and specific properties.Despite the extremely low inventory, Adam helped us to craft an offer that got us into contract within a week of the house going on the market. It was an overall smooth process from visiting the area to moving in. Adam also set us up with local resources, including movers and contractors to do some remodeling on the new house before fully moving in. Adam continues to help us in getting to know Charleston and feeling welcome and excited about moving to the area. We highly recommend Adam, a wonderful person to work with.
