•Sabrina is an extremely happy, energetic, and hard working realtor. She's gone above and beyond to help me, multiple times, way outside what I'd expect from a realtor. I don't have enough room here to list all the amazing things she's done to help me, but here are two miracles that she's performed: 1) When I was shopping for my first house, by chance I met her and asked her to be my realtor. After searching for a month or so, she called me at 1AM (!!) to inform me that she noticed that my favorite house was back on the market (after we thought someone else had already taken it) and I needed to quickly sign some paperwork to get it. Yeah, at 3AM that night, I got the house, and it's 100% thanks to her. 2) Years later I moved out of state, and I asked her to help me sell my house. She took care of everything and we quickly found a buyer and went into contract. But! Get this: a few days before the closing date, my finished basement flooded! To make matters worse, I was out of state 2,000 miles away. I felt devastated and helpless. Luckily, Sabrina had been checking my house daily to make sure everything was okay, and she caught the flooding early. This saved us from mold. She told me not to worry about a thing: she coordinated all the efforts to quickly find someone to do all the repairs and cleanup, and she even did some of the cleanup herself. It was completely back to normal within a week, and we sold the house with no other complications. Seriously, why was she even checking my basement daily? I didn't ask her to. Because she's Sabrina, and she goes above and beyond. That's what she does.
