•It is our pleasure to recommend Tammy Dotson as a realtor. My husband I had visited the area a few times, mostly to meet with builders. Both of us were frustrated, be it quality or flexibility with area builders. My husbands career in construction and project management gave us a different perspective of choosing homes, having built all our homes, except one our first. We really enjoyed customizing the house to make it our home. Walking in downtown Conway we stopped to look at the listings on the window and invited in to discuss listings. We shared with Tammy our journey and our preference of building, but maybe the realization to look into “existing homes”. Our list of wants and needs was specific and to our surprise Tammy found a two year old home in an established neighborhood. All but two boxes were checked! Tammy was incredible through the process. Having bought homes in Illinois and Arizona, the process was very different in SC. Tammy and her team proactively guides us through the process seamlessly. A great negotiator, advocating for us long distance to ensure the transaction was signed with our goals. I know many people write glowing reviews of their realtors, as next to our children, this is the second important choices you make in your lives. To entrust this to someone takes a leap of faith and trust, making this recommendation easy with Tammy. We never were pressured, our time was valued, our communication respected with a result of two extremely happy clients. We have shared Tammy’s details with many, in hopes they can also find or sell their home.
