•April is an excellent real estate agent. She is friendly, personable, trustworthy and has a great sense of humor, which is a necessity when buying or selling a home. We are moving to Dallas from out-of-state and she is very knowledgeable of the area and of the real estate process. April has a great network of a variety of resources needed when buying a new home, and she is always readily available and responds promptly to any inquiry or request we might have. April is assertive and an excellent negotiator, allowing us to find a home and close the deal in an efficient and fair manner. I would highly recommend her.
