Right away, she connected my son and I to the lead website and started showing us potential properties. She knew the market well, and had great insights on the areas we were looking to buy. She quickly knew our taste and what we were looking for, which made it easier to not waste time looking at homes that we would not like. What stood out the most about Nahida, is that she was very selfless, committed, and placed our need above her commission. She wanted us to get the house so much that she was willing to drop down her agreed apon commission so we can make an offer that will stick. That was very admirable, especially since I had a previous agent who argued about her commission being non-negociable. Nahida, never questioned my judgement during negociation. She delivered my offers as presented to her, and was always prompt with the responses she got. She was such a great supporter that at the end of it all, we got the house at the right price and with an unexpected agreed credit amount. I would endorse Nahida without any reservation to ANYONE looking to purchase a home. She will not fail you and will hold your hand and support you through the whole process. She is patient, kind, non-judgemental, and very diligent in helping you get your dream home. She will quickly adapt to your likes and will show you homes that fit your profile.
