•Derek and Chris were the best. We were first time home buyers and the experience can be very overwhelming. It had moments of joy and excitement, but plenty of moments of stress, worry, and confusion. Derek and Chris were awesome to have because they were happy to answer any questions that we had about the process, kept us prepared for the next steps, made sure deadlines were met, but also let us decide when it was best to move forward. They certainly weren't trying to push us one way or the other, but they were the support crew we needed to make this deal happen. Now we are home owners and we LOVE it.
