We had the difficult situation of both selling our long time home, and buying a new home in a short time frame. Mark walked us through all aspects of the sale, and the new buy including hours of looking at potential houses, showings, numerous documentation questions, and he did it all with a great attitude and a smile. Mark's experience and reassurance helped us through any of the stress associated with the situation, and in the end we sold our home and bought a new beautiful home well within the short timeframe we had in mind. He truly was a master of coordinating all of the moving pieces to keep things moving. If I'm ever in the market to buy or sell a home again, I will definitely call Mark!
