•Cape Coral market is complex to say least, prices are all over the place. Interest Rates on the rise and Builders dropping prices. More houses on the market, it was great to know to what to expect in this unsure market. I travel for my employment and never got to meet Robert in person. We text, emails, and phone calls to communicate. Always responded quickly and had plan to move forward. He worked on my time frame, not so much his. Using Robert company saved us good money verse the full commission realtors. I have to say there was no discount in service in selling 8 to 10 home over my life time, he has been the most well prepared realtor I have dealt with. If we had another property to sell in Florida he would hand down get the listing with no hesitation. When the seller was difficult and closing kept getting moved he stayed steady!
