•We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Dani and Stephanie! Josh and I are first time homebuyers so we were very excited about going through this process together. That’s why we were crushed when a contract with what we thought was our perfect house fell through just one week before closing. Dani and Stephanie counseled us through the whole process, sticking up for us when necessary, and were very supportive after the deal was lost. After that we had strangely bad luck - losing 5 houses that we were in contract with. Dani said she’s never seen anything like it in her 19 years of working in the industry! Again, Dani and Stephanie counseled is through it all and continued to scout out and find us great houses fitting our criteria to view. After the last house fell through and we weren’t sure if we were going to stay in Orange County, we thought we were going to have to give up on this dream. Always adaptable, Dani and Stephanie were able to find us the perfect house, that we could sell and make a profit on if we chose to move. They stuck with us for 10 MONTHS of intense searching to find THE MOST perfect house for us. I hope you are also lucky enough to work with Dani and Stephanie because they will work to understand what you’re looking for and will never quit on you, even if the going gets tough. Thank you both so much!
