I had only purchased a home one other time many...

I had only purchased a home one other time many years ago(and had never sold a home) so I needed a lot of advice along the way. Dana was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice as to what improvements I should do to the house to sell it. Her instincts as to who would be shopping for a house like mine and how fast it would sell were spot on. My house sold in 3 days at full asking price! She made the whole process so easy.
