Extremely patient realtor

I found Mary through the purchase of a different house. She jumped in to help me sell the home I was currently living in. It's my first time selling a house so I wasn't sure what to expect. Mary walked me through the entire process and helped wherever was needed. When the sale started to take a WEIRD turn over a property line dispute, Mary worked with the buyers, the banks, the surveyors and anyone else who we needed to talk with. It was a long and drawn-out sale, but she stuck it out and was there for me whenever I had questions or concerns about the sale.
