•We first reached out to Laura Ray at the end of 2021, letting her know that we would need to start our home-buying process in 2022. Laura met with us and reviewed our needs/wants to prepare to start searching for us. Throughout the entire process, Laura was efficient, time-sensitive when needed, and encouraging. As first-time buyers, we were very pleased with how easy she made this process for us. Despite knowing each other on a personal level, Laura remained professional when dealing with our finances, loan aspects, and home viewings. We have already recommended her to multiple people and look forward to working with her in our future endeavors!
