•We relocated back to the northeast from Florida in mid 2018 and purchased a home through Jennifer in southern NH. We've bought and sold several homes in the past and my wife and I agreed that our experience with Jennifer was the best we've ever encountered. As remote buyers we needed someone to help guide us through the local intricacies of an area with which we had little familiarity. We also needed someone who could understand what we truly wanted in a home and with whom we could trust to represent those wants to prospective sellers. Jennifer effortlessly filled these roles for us and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. She made the buying process feel seamless and as stress-free as it can by making sure we always knew what was happening and by staying in constant contact. Never once did she fail to return a call, text, or email promptly, and because this was done mostly long-distance we really appreciated her thoughtful approach to effective communication. She showed us a number of terrific properties based on our needs and even helped us discover a few things we didn't realize we wanted when we began. As we discovered after we closed on the purchase our home, her client-first approach extends beyond your date of sale. 8 months after we purchased our home there was a situation that led to significant water damage to our finished basement. Jennifer found out about our troubles and reached out to us, unsolicited, to see if she could help us in any way. She assisted us with navigating some of the extant insurance issues and really went far out of her way to provide us with her support and expertise, despite being under no formal obligation. We cannot highly recommended her enough to anyone considering buying a home in the area. I promise you will not be disappointed..
