•Jennifer and her team was magnific. It was like having my family showing me homes and negotiating the terms. Gerrid, the showing agent knew exactly the homes we wanted to look at and those were what he showed us. pointing out the good and not so good about each property. I remember when we walked into the kitchen of the home we bought, he look at my wife and then me. he smiled, didn't say word and just his head. Then he got to work talking to the selling agent . Jennifer got involved. She knew exactly what the selling agent would do and she told him in no uncertain terms what she want ant that was that. we signed the contact within a hour or so, confident we got the bests we could get. Bottom line we closed in 30 day into our dream home thanks to Jennifer and her crew. Would I do it again? YES! Would I recommend her my family and friends? MOST CERTIANLY!!!
