•As a buyer we needed to find a home right away, and they showed us several homes immediately upon our request and we signed a contract for purchase within one week of beginning our search. They advised us on local lending institutions that provided favorable loan policies for local area "small town" borrowers, including application and qualification to receive a government "first time home buyer" grant. They assisted us through the purchase process, including advise on home inspections, and on negotiations for needed repair allowance between us and the sellers as indicated by the home inspection. They worked with the title company to help speed up the final closing date so that we could close and move several days sooner than anticipated.
