•Since I was moving to a retirement village my moving date was unknown. I went on a list in the first part of 2022 - Helen began advising me shortly after - but was not notified about a residence until Jan 2023 and then could not move until 5/11/23. Helen very patiently waited and kept me informed about the real estate market during this time and how all details would proceed. I chose not to put my house on the market until after I moved; my house was cleaned and ready for market on 5/23. Helen immediately listed it with a superb write-up. An offer was submitted on 6/15 and went to settlement 7/11. She handled all aspects of this sale quickly and professionally. I also liked that Helen has an assistant, Shari, who was available to me when Helen could not be. I will recommend Helen to anyone needing a real estate agent.
