•It would be impossible to say our experience with Jennifer could have been any better. Living 15 hours away we were only able to meet with her for 2 days when in town for a short stay. We talked about all our wants and needs and budget. She took us through a variety of different types of places in those 2 days. I feel she got a good idea of what we liked and disliked. We didn’t find a place at that time but she continued to keep an eye out for us. Although we could not go down to go through places again, Jennifer would end up going through so many places for us on her own. She did great videos for us on all of them. The most important thing to us, not being able to see them in person was the way she carefully explained the pros and cons of each place and was very particular in pointing out any issues at all the places. She was never pushy with getting us into a place. We always felt like she was looking out for our best interests and not just trying to sell us something quickly. She also explained all the pros and cons of living in a Condo and opened our eyes to the expenses involved living in Florida with assessments, insurances, HOA's and such. Even when we got outbid by cash offers, Florida is a tough market thats for sure, she always kept us encouraged and said we would find the perfect place and we did. Jennifer got us a great place at a great price and took good care of us all the way through settlement. We were so confident in her that we bought our Condo by only seeing videos and her expert advice. We met her looking to just buy place and feel we gained a friend a long ways from home. I could not recommend a agent more then I would Jennifer. We couldn't be happier.
