We can hardly express our gratitude and appreciation for Iryna. We had a very tight timeline to buy and close on a house as I am an incoming resident physician. The time between Match day (where we find out where we are doing our residency training) and when we start work is only a couple months. In addition to the time constraints, we were buying in Ann Arbor during one of the most competitive sellers markets with a low inventory of houses available. Iryna worked literally around the clock to book every possible house that met our criteria and write offers on houses. I could not believe the attentiveness, efficiency and shear passion with which she worked. She truly treated us like family. When we finally found the house and had an offer accepted she worked tirelessly to ensure closing happened as quickly as possible. We started looking for houses on March 17th. We closed and got keys to our new home May 3rd. When I tell family and friends this timeline they are shocked with how fast we were able to accomplish this. We simply could not have done it without Iryna. As first time home buyers who really didn’t know what we were doing, we couldn’t have been in better hands.
