Andrea was extremely knowledgeable in all areas involving the sale of my home. She did her research and was eventually able to list my house higher than originally expected. The open house was phenomenal with great interest and turnout. A colleague dropped in to deliver Andrea some paperwork and ended up assisting her with the over flow of potential clients, a testimonial to the agents at Hearth and Reality. With only 3 days on the market I had 30+ showings with 14 offers, all exceeding the asking price. On day 4 I was under contract with an offer $65,000 over list price! Andrea was patient in explaining things I didn’t understand and communicated promptly and proficiently. In addition to all of this she has a phenomenal photographer. Kudos!
