•Jamie was the best realtor I could have asked for! She was absolutely incredible to work with from the first time I talked to her! This was my first time buying a home and she took the time to walk me through every step of the process so that I was comfortable. She answered every one of my questions and was always easy to reach if I needed her. She really listened to what I was looking for in a home and what my budget was to find the home that was perfect for me. Jamie has great vision when looking at homes and can point out potential problems as easily as great features. She truly had my best interest at heart and I didn't doubt for one minute that she would tell me the truth no matter what. She did a fantastic job advising me and walking me through the stressful negotiations after making an offer and was on the ball going back and forth with the seller's agent. After my offer was accepted, she took care of everything and even straightened out some last minute problems between the seller and lender that would have delayed the closing if not for her. I even used some businesses she recommended throughout the process and they were amazing too. She was super knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and just incredibly fun to work with. I could not recommend Jamie enough no matter what you're looking for in a home and I will definitely be using her again if I ever buy or sell.
