•Linda was very helpful in helping us sell our former home, and she also handled the purchase of our new home. She was very proactive in getting information to us, to our lender, to the buyer of our old home, and to the seller of our new home. She helped us find contractors to fix some of the issues that needed to be corrected before our old home closed. Linda was patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. When the closing of our new home was delayed, she had the paperwork we needed to extend the process almost as soon as we heard about the delay. Linda kept a calm demeanor which helped guide us through the hectic time of 2 closings in little over a week.
