•Awesome realtor! Very patient and eager to show us around and very detailed when answering all of our questions and doubts. Don’t hesitate to contact her!
Karina was very helpful in negotiating incentives with the builders, and negotiate with them as we had a couple of complications with the builders, as they changed floorplans on the process of buying our home, they did not inform us and we were about to drop the negotiations, but she was very helpful with everything, giving us feedback on certain other builders and the whole house-buying experience as it was our first home.
