•Melissa truly deserves a 5 Star rating in every category. We were under an extreme time crunch because of deteriorating health issues and the need for the equity out of the house in order to enter a retirement community. Our house was over 20 years old and in need of updating. Melissa gave us guidance from the time of our first meeting; advising what needed to be done to the house, the most efficient way to address the needed repairs, assisted with getting contractors, and kept a close eye on the progress to assure we were able to be listed on a very timely basis. Her effective marketing of the house resulted in multiple offers in the first week and settlement within 30 days. It could not have been done without her because we had to reside with relatives near Baltimore during the entire process to our health conditions. Definitely 5 Stars! Pete & Klitch
