•As a first-time homebuyer, the process can be intimidating; starting with finding the right realtor. From the start, Ed made us feel comfortable and at ease. His knowledge and experience were evident every step of the way. He took time to clarify in detail every concern of mine that came to mind. He provided various options within our desired area and explained the pros/cons so that we could make an informed decision. Dealing from out-of-state added a level of difficulty to the transaction but we felt we could trust him. He kept in touch almost on a daily basis. We decided on the house and Ed was there to negotiate on our behalf and got us plenty of incentives from the developer. We had a delay with our flight and would not make it for the required inspections but that was quickly resolved when Ed volunteered to attend on our behalf and we FaceTime thru the inspection with the developer's representative. Closing day was a momentous occasion and Ed was there to be part of it with us. Needless to say, we'd like nothing more than to have Ed represent us during our next home purchase and will highly recommend him to friends, family and strangers. He possesses qualities seldom seen; he is a true professional.
