•We love Steve! We are first-time homeowners and we were pretty overwhelmed with the whole process, but Steve knows everything about the process of buying a house and all about related things to buying a house - contractors, upkeep, etc. He always went above and beyond to accommodate us (driving out to the new place on very late notice so my mother could see it too), and is super friendly and personable. He also saved us a ton of money by being an advocate for us with the seller and their realtors (negotiating down 10 percent of the house) and even negotiated for us to keep the washer dryer and get an extra warranty. He stuck with us through a lot of indecision and many, many house tours like a true professional. He was never overly pushy, and was honest with us about things he didn’t think were a good deal. FIVE STARS!!
