•Laurie was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and HOA proved very valuable in setting the appropriate sales price and finding the right buyer. She was knowledgeable about the entire selling and closing process and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Additionally, since I live out of state, getting the house ready for sale was very challenging. She found contractors to help with paint touch-up, landscaping, carpet cleaning, and house cleaning, and met them to provide access to the property. She sent me pictures of the completed work, and she even went above and beyond by helping me sell unwanted furniture. I will definitely work with Laurie again if I have any real estate needs in the area.
