•We have bought 4 houses in our lifetime (1 in TX, 1 in CA, and 2 in CO). Mike is the best real estate agent we had across the board nationwide. This is actually why we bought not one but two houses with him in Denver. The first one we came to town to visit his short list (it was for a rental). The second time we just entrusted him completely. Mike will do his due diligence, and ensure that the house respects all the criteria you are looking for. He does not put pressure on you to make a bad choice but always balances the pros and cons and provides candid advice in YOUR best interest. He has a high sense of integrity. He is also very efficient and will reach out to your lender, your property manager, your title company etc. so everything is smooth on your side. Very open communication at each step of the process and always with a smile. I highly recommend Mike if you are considering buying a property around Denver.
