•I've had my share of sub-standard realtors so I was quite pleased with Shaun and glad that he didn't turn out to be another bad apple. Throughout the process he was very responsive to all of my emails, text and questions. This was important to me as I find that most agents tend to lose interest when you're trying to sell a less than perfect home or one that isn't in the high six figures. The communication starts to wane and then before you know it, they're no longer taking your calls. Shaun was the exact opposite. He assured me that he would do his best to get my house sold and he did. There were a few challenges but overall the process was a smooth one. I would definitely recommend Shaun. He's very committed and does his best to help you out.
