•Rich could not have done a better job! We would absolutely 100% recommend him to everyone! He stuck with us from the first time we met at an open house he was hosting, all the way to closing and even beyond. We took almost a year to get our ducks in a row to actually be ready to make a purchase. He never once was overbearing or impatient. He listened to all our crazy ideas and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each one to help us steer ourselves in the right direction. He was very thorough when we toured homes and was not afraid to tell us to avoid certain houses for whatever reason. We were in the market for a lower priced starter home but he treated us like we were buying something in the millions. He had our best interest at heart during every step of the process. He wanted to be sure that we were getting the right house, the right neighborhood, at the right time and at the right price. He has followed up with us since the purchase. He always seems available, anytime, to answer questions. He has most certainly earned us as clients for as long as he is selling real estate. If/when we are ready to upgrade he will be our first and only call and if you are in the market he should be your first and only call as well! A++++!
