•I couldn’t have worked with a better agent when starting my home-buying journey. Shawna Hackstock took my inexperience with grace, found properties meeting all my requirements (and then some), and followed up with other realtors to ensure I had the best possible experience when looking at properties. She took several days to drive me around to all the properties that fit my budget. She never belittled my lack of experience with looking into properties/homebuying. She was early to every appointment, worked after hours, and came back to visit multiple properties with my parents and I in the late evening. When we’d finally found the property that I’d would eventually purchase, she repeatedly followed up with the seller’s agent (who sparingly replied), and even wrote a letter to the sellers encouraging them to seriously consider my offer. I haven’t heard of any other homeowner having such a positive experience and I know mine was entirely due to Shawna’s enthusiasm for helping a first-time homebuyer. I recommend her to everyone/anyone who mentions that they're looking into purchasing a home, especially if they're first-time homebuyers.
