•I first met Debbie 4 years ago when I was referred to her while needing to relocate for my job. It was then when I first saw she was professional, knowledgeable and generous with her time. Over the next few years as we had monthly dealings with her (paying rent), I found her to be very approachable as she never made us feel like we were simply “renters”. When it came time to buy a house, this is truly where Debbie shined! Shortly after I called Debbie, she was able to book the very first viewing on a house (in a very narrow market) that fit our needs perfectly. When we got there, she had already walked the property and was able to point out issues and upgrades that we had no idea to look for. When we put together the offer, she had great feedback in what services and price to ask for. This proved to be exceedingly important when the sellers accepted our offer without considering anyone else. We were pre-approved for a mortgage before Debbie joined the house hunt. The Lending Company I chose proved to be less than professional (leaning toward unethical). As I dealt with what seemed to be impossible odds to get to the closing table, Debbie was there, not for me but with me. She brought knowledge, support, and resources to a situation that I never though I needed but am forever grateful I received. Almost anyone can have experience, but Debbie has proved time and time again that she has the tenacity to make her experience work wonders for her clients. I truly felt as if I had a friend and a mentor there to help me through the entire process.
